What you describe here is not what people in the fifa community usually mean when they say "scripting"

I wish we had a different soccer/football game. They consistently put out terrible games. I've stopped buying them. Plus they're all just the same. Whoever's idea to secretly handicap the user will hopefully get ass/genital cancer and NOT die, but instead linger for the rest of their days whilst also having their private parts shrivel, turn black, and fall off. But fall off in an extremely slow, drawn out, excruciatingly painful way. Then find out it's a hereditary disease with a 100% chance to be passed on.

Rng is calculated based on your output and stats of the player. Scripting is a 3rd hidden variant that actually affects rng outcomes.

Scripting in FIFA is when the commentator calls out the play before the play happens. Therefore it's as though the game is rigged or has a predetermined winner. So the "accidents" happen that cost another player the game, a goal, etc. Also, on another note there's many instances where it's a match that could promote you and you get booted from the server and you end up with the L. every move you see in fifa, is not randomly generated nor randomly created by a program to determine different possibilities of the outcome.. but a recorded video of real people playing by motion sensors.. the outcome is determined by ones or zeroes.. the so called players numbers doesn't mean anything for an outcome if u hit the zeroes.. a Messi wouldn't score a goal against the worst GK in Fifa if he hits the zero pattern.. same goes for the worst ST in Fifa against best GK.. if that ST hits the ones.. he will score 100% every single time

Ok and how would you explain...when you are beating most of your (big) rivals, your team plays well...and THEN you play vs a team that is probably going to be relegated, at the bottom of the table, who cant seem to score many goals...but when you play against it they just become LEGENDARY players, to the likes of Pele, Maradona, Ibrahimovic...you name it and you cant seem to score vs them, your team feels different, like they cant pass right (they forgot) or they are very slow (even the usual fast ones with 80+pace....) Yeah.... What is the logic behind that. I think im not the only one that would like to know this mystery

It depends on what shot assistance you are using and if you are green timing
The RNG variable is significantly lower ( very consistent) if you green time on manual shooting but if you green time on fully assisted the RNG variable will be higher than that of manual shooting

The game is written with code, or a script. Why do we use the term so loosely or define it incorrectly on so many occasions. What is scripting, well inherently it has no true definition as the game is just a script. So is fifa scripted, yes. And will there be predeterministic tendendancies based on code (or a script) yes.

This is not news. If you aim in the same spot sometimes you’ll score sometimes you won’t. It’s how the game has always been. How else would you be able to score ridiculous long shots? It’s percentage based.
