Portarod can definitely hand 11' surf rods and still look good. It is legal as are able to set the angle of the rods, therefore they will not be sticking straight up.

Not really...It's fully adjustable so you are able to set the angle. That's one of the key benefits of our product over the competition.

How is it secured to the truck to prevent any one from taking it? Does it accept a pad lock?

Just got mine but i want to place at the back of the bed? Is there a way to keep the holders from spinning because there not against the cab?

It’s a truckers load lock. $15 in any casino truck parking area. Pushing out the sides of your pickup bed is a very bad idea.

i got 11 ft surf rod..is it going to look stupid? and is it legal to put the rack and 11ft rod in a back of a truck? haha

Not great with bed covers, main bar doesn't lock in place, must be used against the back of your truck to avoid tipping. Very disappointed

Adjustable shower curtain rod, PVC pipe, and hose clamps... Save yourself some $$$

if you spend money on this your nuts!..that is jus a load lock for semi trailers and a rod holder you can make yourself out of pvc!!!
