I've been a fan of theirs for many many years and while I may not go nuts over all their songs, as it's only natural to like some more than others, I do not think they are getting worse.

They don't talk about depression all that much and that's because, most likely, they're not in that place anymore. They don't talk about addiction in the same way, because they view it differently.
