Use a factor tree to simplify a square root.
I solve several examples including the square root of 25, square root of 72, square root of 124, and several more.
A factor tree allows you to find the prime numbers of all composite numbers. Because you are simplifying a square root you can move pairs of numbers out from under the radical, which I call the square root sign.
