Most ppl consider Logan to follow up the new 2023 timeline at the end of Days of Future Past, but it was just too good of a happy ending for the characters, so I consider Logan to be in its own universe

I would say as the bare minimum, and in this order

X-men 2
Deadpool
Logan
Deadpool 2
Deadpool & Wolverine

X1 establishes who Wolverine and Professor X are as well as their relationship, X2 gives more insight into Wolverine’s past which is brought up a lot in Logan. I think the rest are pretty self explanatory

Not a lot of fans know about the supposed X-Men Origins: Gambit movie, or even the X-Men Origins: Magneto, before they went ahead with the prequels and First Class.
