Project - 1
Today you will learn how to do the winding of a ferrite core transformer to get an output of 12v DC from a solar panels with a maximum capability of 30A.

Project - 2
In this video I am going to use are UPS transformer for making a 12 volts super high current power supply upto 100 Amp which is going to be DC. So I am going to use 220 volts AC from my home socket and convert it to 12 volts DC for charging my batteries and run some 12 volt loads.
For improving the DC line and as a mini filter circuit, i have used a large capacitor at the output while you can use any capacitor operating from 15v to 100v with a capacitance from 1000 micro Farad to 100,000 microfarad.

How to Make DC Transformer DIY for operating high current DC Motors at home . Capable of starting a 12v 64 Amps motor 750w

Servo motor is a motor in which we can control the angle very precisely because it has a potentiometer connected and a control ckt in the motor and it needs PWM signal to control
.

How much energy are you consuming from the a/c before it’s rectified to run the d/c?

Sir I'm thinking like this
100 w universal motors have average 0.1 HP
75 w pmdc motors have average 0.1 HP
50w rotor coil + 50w stator coil universal motor equal to
75 w rotor coil +permanent magnet DC motor
So pmdc motors are less consuming energy than universal motors both are same output torque
Am I right?
