I was 9yrs old when this great old flix came out in theater's & I absolutely love this movie, and even more love his classic "Big Jake"
Btw, anyone who claims Wayne was racist doesn't know 💩 about who Duke really was, or what he really stood for, he was and alway's will be a Great American 🙏

❤ I can see this we went to quite a few John Wayne movies at a drive-in theater. When dad had the money. When dad had extra money of course six kids and one adult. We could not go into the cafeteria so he went to the weenie joint got some weenies back then they were we're ten for a dollar so he got a total of 20 and we brought our own drinks sometimes it was water but anything in the summertime water's pretty good. He fell asleep for a little bit cuz he was exhausted from working all day. We had a good time anyways not much money is it down he did what he had to do. Between the John Wayne movies and between Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis. We would be at the drive-in you all rest in peace and thank you for the good times amen

Wayne or Eastwood westerns ? Love them both but for me John Wayne was the original badass. Grew up on his movies and ive seen them all a thousand times. Would have been spectacular to see both of them in a western together. Epic
