I often wonder if God had the temple system destroyed due to the rejection of HIS Son being as the final sacrifice required....
So the versus about Moses being taught, was this in expectation the the new gentile believers would learn and desire to follow the Torah, to include such things as the dietary laws or can they/we still eat what we want and only the requirements that James put forth stand alone?

James was Jesus' brother not his half-brother. Torah-observant Christians are required but Mishnah Torah is what they held as abrogated for us Gentiles
