Shit I would do morning classes on my day off and just doing warm ups was challenging. I’m used to getting up at 3:30 in the morning to start my cop job, but putting on a Gi and actual physical activity? The first ten minutes was my body asking wtf are you doing?
Yea you feel better afterwards but half of the class you just trying to push through it. Lol
