How to Change Default Font Size, Style & Color in Microsoft Outlook [Tutorial]

This tutorial explains how to change Microsoft Outlook's default font for composing and reading messages. You can change the default font to anything you want—you're only limited by the fonts installed on your system.

As a Microsoft Outlook user, you don’t have to stick with Office’s default set of Fonts in your emails or messages. It’s a snap to ‘change default font’ of individual messages in Outlook. Here’s a short tutorial explaining you customize or change default font color style and size in Microsoft Outlook.

This tutorial will apply for Microsoft Outlook 2021, 2019, 2013, and 2010 for both Windows (such as Dell, HP, Lenovo, Samsung, Toshiba, Acer, Asus) and macOS (MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, MacBook Mini) devices.

I' followed instructions on this tutorial before, and it worked great. This time, I must have inadvertently hit something on my keyboard, and, the instructions aren't working even after trying several times. The sans serif font style isn't familiar. The letters are tall and thin, there is space between each letter, and text is being hyphenated at the end of some lines. I appreciate any suggestions on why the instructions aren't working or what I may be doing wrong. Thank you.
