I love this Sin because I’m pretty sure Tom based it of Ryuho Okawa, the (recently deceased) leader of the Japanese cult called Happy Science. The tidbit about being divorced and estranged from his adult children feels like a direct reference (though let me know any other cult leaders it could be.)
