I have two AC300 and 4 B300. I still need a electrician to come out install another interlock system. I am waiting on a 4th estimate, but yes it has been gloomy and not much sun at all. I live in PA. I have an AC200Max and at times when the sun is really bright I can get over 600 watts with 6 100 watt panels, and then it goes back down when the clouds cover the sun. the chemtrials in the sky hinders it as well.

I want to add a 3rd battery myself because I hate charging from the grid. Im midwest as well. During the winter months I think having more battery is important because solar sucks around this time of year. But just think of the extra boost you'll get in feburary when the days start get longer for real

I lived in the NE up in the mountains I get 2 hours of sun hitting my panels that’s 2400w of panels I got 2 batteries on my unit I’m wondering with 3 batteries won’t it take longer to charge it up ? I was thinking about getting 2 more batteries but I can not put any more solar panels on the unit.

Seems like the AC300 and B300 is better off as a home back up system and not really a portable one.
