Thank you for this. I've recently switched unintentionally from Aeolian to Phyrgian and wanted to hear a good sample of existing Phyrgian mode. I have never heard that Jethro Toll song! Need to go listen.

As far as my ears can tell, it sounds minor and somehow oriental, as if it stems from the Middle East!!! I'm wrong, for sure, but my favourite would be Thom Yorke - "Analyse", I love this album and Radiohead too!!!
