Ok. You gotta try this… short story for some background on why I ask you to try this.
While I was a driver(pvt-spc position), we used the thermal mounted on our vics for driving in low vis(dust and night time). DVE- drivers visual enhancement for those that have used them. One time we got into our AO and my truck was pulling security and we were facing a potra potty. I swear on my life I’m not lying I could see them inside the porta potty taking a dump. It was mad cold outside. Crazy especially after the doodoo came out you could see it. The grossest, yet most fascinating thing I’ve seen with thermal.

Also, someone taking a piss through thermal is like a dang cigarette through nods.

To give you an example of how quiet and low profile (w/o night vision and thermal as well as active scanning for these threats)drones like this really are, I work at a large Christmas Light display at a major state attraction and a drone flew over the crowds, parking areas and no one paid attention including City and Parks Security. In fact, as this thing hovered and moved for more than 20 minutes, I was the only one reporting it and security was unaware of any authorized use on the property. This is in peace time in a major city

This is very very interesting and helpful. I see so much talk about these new drones with thermals being used to track people. Isn't that kind of ironic the drones themselves have a heat signature. I can track that drone directly back to the flier the same way that flier is being used to track me. Interesting.
