Here. This will make it ALL make sense... THERE'S MORE THAN ONE BORG QUEEN!!! Logically, there should be one Borg Queen per each of the SIX Trans Warp Hub's Unicomplex's spoken of by Seven of Nine in ST/VOY "Endgame". This would explain how we keep seeing "THE" Queen when she'd been destroyed/killed THREE TIMES previously. THIS particular Queen obviously, is the one from "Endgame", after assimilating Adm. Janeway's mutigenic virus (she somehow survived/escaped the exploding Unicomplex).

Precisely.

The lack of voices in her collective, slowly dwindling to basically just her own voice over the course of 30 years would make even the most resilient alien go mad if those voices once brought you peace and happiness.

On the part about the Borg cube not being detected. It wasn’t there until Jack showed up. Only the conduit was hidden there. You hear the computer say in the last episode that there was tachyon radiation suddenly detected. Well that was the conduit being activated and the cube coming through. So that’s why the cube wasn’t able to be detected.

The Queen failed because of her own hubris. She invited Picard in purely to gloat because as far as she was concerned she'd already won. She had Jack, she'd assimilated everyone, she had control of the fleet and Earth was about to fall. She didn't view the Enterprise as a threat and didn't think Picard would be able to pull Jack out of the collective.

Yes, the Borg were decimated at the end of Star Trek Voyager. The pathogen the January introduced into them sprad so quickly that the Queen lost the hole of the collective all at once, which drove her mad. A few 1000 here or there at one time was no big of a deal, but losing trillions upon trillions upon trillions in an instant and possibly only a few 100 drones laft And then sacrificing them a little at a time, left her broken.

This is what I like about Star Trek. They didn't have to tell you Jack was purged of Borg DNA. One trip through the new DNA cleaning teleporters Beverly developed would have done the job. Even Picard is Borg free.

Remember Troy says that she feels quiet suffering. When your suffering and are desperate good decisions usually don’t follow.

I take it the other Borg Queen (Dr. Jurati) from Season 2 is “guarding the gate” at the trans warp corridor. This Borg Queen must not know the other Borg still existed because she was cut off and the other Borg led by Jurati came from the past.

Good writing doesn't always have to spell everything out for you - It does however, inspire you to fill in any blanks.
2001 Space Odyssey, Alien... ect, ect - all left questions for fans to ponder for themselves.

The Queen is multidimensional. I think she is the complete thought of all borg but chooses a body each time she wants to appear. Picard said in First Contact, "I remember you . . . . .but that ship and all the borg . . . " and she explained that you have to think more dimensions. At the end of the film you see him kill that robot. Timeway Janeway destroyed the queen also. We had a different queen in Picard season 2. Sounds like the queen exists in all the minds of every borg. Apart from the borg factions that have broken away. Even though that ship in Picard season 3 was destroyed. The Borg haven't been.
Now that Agnes Jurati is queen of a borg faction on the federations side. CBS Paramount should make a Star Trek Borg series. There is always going to be a Borg faction wanting to assimilated humans who keep resisting. And there is a faction who help the federation. They can make 1 series for each perspective. That's 2 series for the price of 1 story outline.

I agree that they should have fleshed out how the Borg/Changeling alliance started and why the Changelings didn't believe they would be assimilated after the Federation. I would have also appreciated of the Queen's dialogue wasn't that of a generic, cliche villain. It was reminiscent of Tom Paris' holodeck programs with Chaotica.

I think the Borg Queen was just experiencing menopause

You know, I had the thought about Jack murdering Star Fleet personnel keeping him out of Star Fleet but, there was no evidence of him murdering-directly-any of them. The Queen used him to control while keeping him isolated in the collective. This is my take, I’m willing to entertain other perspectives. What a great season! Hope there is more. Thanks for your perspective, I think it’s close.

My issue with this whole storyline (which doesn’t make sense at all) is that the Borg assimilated the pathogen as stated by the queen in Endgame, as well as the armor tech which allowed Sphere 634 to hear her thoughts and track/attack Voyager. Granted that sphere was destroyed but that knowledge would have been disseminated quickly. Having the unimatrix complex destroyed would have been a devastating, for which reasons why it took the board so long to recover but it wouldn’t explain why the queen had to “eat” her fellow Borg to stay alive. It also wouldn’t explain why nanoprobles wouldn’t have been able to repair the ship and bodies. I hated that this was what they did to the Borg bc it doesn’t make sense and isn’t canon tbh.

I'd like to hear your in-depth take on Section 31's "genocidal" actions against the Changelings. Many online have decried it, but considering the Changelings enslaved so many races and wished to conquer even more, there was justification for said action (regardless of a "peace" treaty).

The federation/Starfleet is the only group, in the whole galaxy, to not only resist the borg, but to deliver such a massive/crippling blow to the borg in such a manner has never happened to them before.

Picard & DATA both refused/resisted her attempt to make them her "consort" & betrayed her.
7 OF 9, who was her favorite drone, turned against & betrayed her, Janeway helped kick off a civil war, then later destroyed the transwarp hub & the unimatix complex while also severing her connection to the collective

No one has ever done that before.

Wait, wasn't the Borg queen on the first season part of the good Borg when they went back in time?

It was a warp conduit within Jupiter.
It was hidden, also I believe her arrogance wanted Picard there to see her final triumph

So this is the same queen from First Contact?
How many queens have there been in the series? I was a bit confused.
Anyone else?

The terrible revelation I came to just now, is that she is basically everything Jeffrey Dahmer wanted to be / be with
