Good day. My fish soup is realy creamy and healty. I use only fresh fish.
Fishes you can use is moray, conger, prawns, langoustins,grouper, scorpion fish etc. Please, after boiled fish clean very well the fish bones and throw back the fish in the pot. Bon appetite.
