Journal of American Academic Research is what my doctoral advisor recommended us to publish at...
It is an American journal and it is located in San Francisco.
Since it is a multidisciplinary, peer-reviewed journal, it also have a branch journal called American Journal of Medical Sciences. 
I am preparing my first draft and I found it is really not easy to start when I begin to write...

The reviewers don't get access to the raw data they have to trust the authors.
