Staged or not this does actually happen cops usually forget the most simple of police actions which is ....INVESTIGATION!!!!
Alot of good cops out there...even most of them ....but there's alot of tyrants too that absolutely should not be any kind of law enforcement!!!

Staged. Probably part of a training video as taken from the point of view of a fellow “passenger.” You got to admit that the acting was a bit over exaggerated. Even of the “passengers” was smiling trying not to laugh.
