Best episode in a long time! This one had so many personality types! There was: arrogant/entitled, "disease sufferer" lazybones (vertigo lady), condescending, yet patronizingly accommodating lazybones (baby girl), initial lazybones who turns good sport (cheerful guy), and chilled-out, indifferent lazybones (plumber guy).

The shopping cart is truly the decency test of the modern world. Always love hearing people's ridiculous reasons and excuses why they can't expedite the return of their cart. "My kids are waiting" is a great one - you were OK leaving your kids at home, but leaving them at home for that extra 20 seconds would just be too much....lol

It’s so great when you convert people. You always have such a positive attitude and I find that being polite will always make them more upset because they clearly want a confrontation after being called out on their shitty behaviour, which is just hilarious.

I actually find it more annoying when the lazybones think they can waste police resources or a managers time (thinking u work there) than the people that scream and threaten, etc.

Because they go beyond not caring but actually think they're victims. The amount of weaklings who just handle any criticism with "let me call an armed government agent out here" is pathetic, dangerous and reflective of serious problems.
