He watched as the young fairy's wings started to disappear. She wasn't crying-most fairies would if they lost their wings-but instead, she was smiling. It was her choice to do so. The soft pale yellow of her wings soon started to fade away until all there was left was just an outline of them. Then from the base of the appendages, a new yellow light overtook them, shattering them until they were no more. She started to fall from the sky as her wings were completely broken. His eyes widened before she ran after her, catching her before she hit the ground. Her soft colored hair cascaded down his arms in bits and pieces. When she opened her brilliant blue eyes, she smiled. "I love you, " she whispered. He smiled back. "I love you, too, " he replied. Finally, the two lovers-a fairy and a human-could be together forever.

Those who are not themselves, those who are pushed to the brink of insanity, those who are broken, can be helped. They can be rebuilt and made stronger because of it. So for those who feel broken, it's okay. For those who think they are weak. Remember, you can be the strongest person you know, all you need is a hand to guide you in the right direction. Find something you care for, find someone you love, make something spectacular, because a smile can heal any wound. :)
