I like to shoot the penetrating foot all the way through to the outside of their foot it’s helped with larger opponents vs when I would go straight to my knee

Is there a reason you go to your knees vs shooting it through?

There is just something off about his movement. Don't know if that's good or bad. Maybe he's originally a wrestler?
