I, too, have come back to this performance. I love the unpredictable drama of it. From the caustic opening monologue to the build up of intensity in the crowd, plus a romantic interlude and some Dad dancing. I will miss you terribly Mark. You were a guiding light. RIP.

I opened for The Fall with my shoddy little band in Azusa Calif back in the day. I invited him to hunt jackrabbit the next day. He declined, giving the reason that they had to continue their tour. But he smiled and shook my hand, I could tell he liked thw idea. God rest his Soul.

I love how it's an absolute shambles for Venice and the whole thing is on the verge of collapsing, then it all comes together perfectly on the next song. Dedication sounds immense.

I only managed to get to see the fall twice and the second time was their last performance in Glasgow and both shows are burnt in my mind, an absolute honour to have been part of the journey of the legendary fall group. Videos like this will help the music carry on a long long time. I still love the fall more and more each day and I miss Mark terribly. Rip hip priest, you are not appreciated enough.
