I'm an American and I'm generally pretty Kpop bias because I sleep breath and eat Kpop but tbh I don't really think you can compare the two because they are very different styles. Like American music is made to get catchy and put you in a great mood and Kpop to me (it may be different to you) but is more to like pump you up and get you in a dancing mood and has more of an electronic vibe. I honestly was half and half on this but i just don't feel like you can compare the two because Kpop and Apop are very different styles.
