PRS Custom 22 - Livingston Lemon Drop

The Custom 22 is a classic workhorse with all the tones you've come to expect from your PRS with a distinctive, warm midrange and clarity thanks, in part, to its 57/08 treble and bass pickups. These pickups are wired for our 5-way blade switch, which offers a dual humbucker option (see switching positions below). This Custom 22 also features a Flame Maple 10 Top, a Pattern Regular mahogany neck and a tremolo bridge.

Pickup Switching Positions:
Position One: Bridge humbucker
Position Two: Bridge humbucker with neck singlecoil, in parallel
Position Three: Bridge and neck humbuckers
Position Four: Neck singlecoil with bridge singlecoil, in parallel
Position Five: Neck humbucker .

It sounds a bit warmer than my Custom 24 (57/08) like Mark said. And the covered pu on this cu22 boasts an elegant classy look on it.

Nice demo as always Mr. Mark. Love it. Thank you.

I love the finish on this great sounding guitar.

Whenever I want to buy a guitar, I look for demos by Marc Lucas and Greg Koch to see what the guitar can really do.

You say that both the 2 and 4 positions are paired single coils. I think one of those positions is a single coil by itself (whether neck or bridge I'm not sure).

I don't think the custom 22 has the regular neck profile. Usually the CU22 has pattern or pattern thin profile. At least on the "stock" core models...

Always love your video's Mark. Question: is that PRS guitar American made? Perhaps I should know the answer by the nomenclature, but I don't.

Ya know...Mark could make a FIRST ACT sound great...so, on April Fools Day I would love to see him walk in for a video shoot and FIRST ACT be sitting there...lololol

Livingston Lemon Drop looks an awful lot like Vintage Smokeburst. Maybe it's just the video.
