Top 5 Resources to Learn to Code in Golang | Getting Started with Go

Here are my top 5 resources (plus bonus tools and project ideas!) to learn to code in Golang! I dove into Go recently but had to learn it really quickly. Go is described as a mix of Python, C++, and Java for the modern age. It has a small amount of keywords making it easy to learn, and it has fast compilation, and handles concurrency really well.

I have been learning golang for about 3 months and in my experience, I have loved its way of programming, although at the beginning, I had problems with lack of inheritance with time now I can understand, but I think one of the main reasons for the which led me to wanna learn golang was his pet Gopher because it´s so cute hahaha

The most important resource for me learning go was the tools and the IDE showing me inline documentation and helping me with types.

I also have the Brian Kernighan book :)

VSCode has a really good go extension. It's probably not as good as goland but it does very well. Better than most dedicated C++ IDEs do at C++.
