The U.S. isn’t the shining beacon it used to be—it’s a sinking ship. That’s exactly why they’re throwing out visa-free deals to tiny island nations, hoping for a lifeline. But let’s be real—that desperate move won’t be enough to rescue a crumbling economy.

It doesn't make sense for somebody that lives in the Bahamas to ever want to leave especially to go to the USA! It is Paradise in itself

The Caribbean people should not require any visa to fly anywhere in the world. Most of us are descendants from slavery. It should be our rights of freedom. When slavery was abolished our ancestors got nothing for their hard, Labour, not even land. Just my opinion. 🤘🏾

What golden ticket? Unfortunately, the US is no longer that shiny house on the hill. Maybe 25 years ago but today, the US is going through an identity crisis.

From the Bahamas we don't need visa for air travel to the United States only a clean police record. Visa is needed when we travel by water

If the USA does not startletting the Caribbean to legally visit the USA without all the visas and problems, it will start needing visas to visit the Caribbean.
Imagine going on a cruise and needing a Caricom Visa, a Mexico visa and a Bahamas visa.. or worse, a visa se for each Caribbean stop.
