Pani Puri

Ingredients

For Tamarind Chutney…….
Tamarind juice of one lemon size
Asafoetida
Jaggery – 3 tbl spoon
Chilli powder – ½ teaspoon
Cumin powder – ¼ teaspoon
Chat masala – ¼ teaspoon
Salt

For potato stuffing…..
Boiled & mashed potato – 3
Chopped onion – 3 tbl spoon
Chilli powder – ½ teaspoon
Cumin powder – ½ teaspoon
Chat masala – ¼ teaspoon
Coriander leaves
Salt

For mint water……….
Handful of coriander leaves
Handful of mint leaves
Small piece of ginger
Green chilli – 1
Half lemon
Chilli powder – ¼ teaspoon
Cumin powder – ½ teaspoon
Pepper – ¼ teaspoon
Chat masala – ¼ teaspoon
Salt
Sugar – 1 teaspoon
Water – 2 cups

For Puri………….
Rava – 1 cup
Maida – 2 tbl spoon
Salt
Warm water (approx. 8 tbl spoon)

& Oil
