Sir I had a doubt, Just like you I have a great bond with bodybuilding not as much as you but I love working out and that particular time is my peace time I believe.. But sir in the mean time i think am losing some extra hours that can be dedicated towards my preparation.. So sir what do u suggest reagarding regular working out and upsc... should i go with spending atleast 1.5hrs in gym or i should leave it... The only issue here is i have a good/bad habit of doing atleast any physical activity in a day to make my life little disciplined
