@impulseSV - 1 suggestion to make so you can quickly restock your iTrade, make an iTrade Warehouse (small one underground below the shop).

It might be useful to build a small storage room down there. Rows of double chests, 1 row for each item.
No automated system, you just manually throw all the potatoes, carrots, sugarcane, emeralds, etc. down there.

You can fill up the chests above, then take the rest of the stock and put them below iTrade for later.
This will make it so if you run out in the store, you can quickly just go below, restock, and you're good to go.

You always keep saying you keep forgetting to check them and restock them, so having the extra inventory on site below will greatly help with that.

After you move the items, you can put the Shulker Boxes back to the farm systems (even quicker than letting them just sit there full) so they can fill back up, but your stock is still close and ready to use. Rince, Repeat, Profit.
This will also help make sure you don't forget to put them back in the farms and keep getting more items.

Every trip you always restock then fill the warehouse with what is left. Doing this will also allow you to have plenty to sell and to do trading with so you can majorly increase your Emeralds as well since those seem to go fast.
And with all the sugarcane, have chests for paper as well (that you will turn into books).
With all the cows you have, that won't be a problem either.

Seeing you have to run back and forth just to make sure the chests are stocked up doesn't really make much sense when you should have extra inventory already on site. It's best to have it already there ready to put up top and only worry about it when your stock below iTrade is low. Basically, less trips back and forth.

It might take some extra work getting that setup now, but in the long run, it will help out a lot and most likely increase profits since you will ensure it's always stocked up. Gotta maximize that diamond profit somehow.

If you can't or don't want to build it below iTrade, maybe build it behind it instead (with private access for you only).
Think of it was the "Employee" or "Owner Only" storage room.

(Hopefully, you will read this as it would be an extremely good idea.)

impulse, if you're short on diamonds i have an idea for a new store. you should sell villagers but sell them in the same manner as that guy from that film "Taken" traffics humans - make a fancy set of booths for hermits to sit in which on-look a villager on a stage in the centre of the booths and have hermits bid for them (i know for a fact cub is/was looking to obtain a brown coat).

If you want to undercut the conbutts, sell light blue glazed terracotta. They're trying to sell it for 10 diamonds a stack when the rest of their glazed terracotta is much cheaper.
