One thing he should have added about Constitutional Laws and Rights is that States cannot Violate Constitutional Laws and Rights just as Federal Cannot Violate Constitutional Laws and Rights as it is the Supreme Laws of The Land...
His example on gun control is only misleading as No State can Lawfully pass Laws that Violate 2A in Bill of Rights ... but government has gained power to twist and Violate Constitutional Rights and Laws... Buy SC is slowly fixing this but more must be Done to Fix these Unlawful Laws and regulations

You're too much of a distraction; if you insist on putting your face in every video, make a small thumbnail of yourself and put it in the lower left or righthand corner of the screen. Most people like to watch a larger screen, not an image of the video host that takes up a third of the screen.
