The Strike 'N Roar Giga scales with entire 3.75-inch scale range of Jurassic figures, meaning it can face-off against the various vehicles, dinosaurs and human characters — which we'll illustrate with various comparisons during the review. Also on display: Giga's somewhat decisive action features, which includes a violent thrashing motion paired with an electronic chomp. It always makes me laugh when I hear “this Dino is the “villain/big bad.” That poor Giga didn’t ask to be born!! All I know is if I woke up in a world completely “alien” to me, I would go all “King Kong” and not “Captain America” too!!



NGL tho I wish they’d give a “villain” Dino a top hat, handlebar moustache and have them tie main character to train tracks “Snydely Whiplash” style.

Definitely looking forward to when they eventually get around to the Hammond Collection Giga. Haven't seen anything yet, but it'll happen at some point. JP designs are hit or miss with me and the giga is an absolute hit, so HC with better articulation for half the price? Hell yes.

It looks cool. But, what I would change is to make same mechanism like Dino blue pal which have this spring action joints. It gives you really nice fluid experience when u playing with it. It's flexible. And I would add more flexible legs. Knee, hips joints. All figures stand on it and u want to be very stable to make nice poses.
All of these toys have stiff not flexible legs.
Also I would rubberised feet to make less noise when kids playing on hard surface like wooden floor, tables etc.

I also have the strike ‘n’ roar giganotosaurus and I can say it’s good but the one downside is the action feature because… the front of the body is … loose. Edit: thanks for the likes

I was skeptical about the figure because of the action figure i thought it. Would be flimsy, but after you’re review I am sold !! This is a definite buy!!

Par. 1- Later, Mattel needs to re-release the Giga toy around the same time as the Lythronax, I'm not saying that the toy we got is not cool, I still think that it is going to be one of the coolest ones yet and the Giga's sculpt and paint is awesome and I am 100% going to get this thing, after all, the Giganotosaurus is my favorite dinosaur, I just feel like the action feature is just not that cool and the figure is just to small, I feel like if they make another Giga toy, it should be around the same size as the Indominus, have a larger head, the action feature being where you can move the tail similar to a lot of the other larger animals bus instead you can move it not only side to side but up and down to and toy press a button on the tail like most of the other large dinosaurs and it roars, but instead of 3 roars, have 4 and the thrashing sounds can have 3 instead of 2, but the parts on the tail in this toy should still be used if they make another Giga Par 2- It would also be cool if they did the same thing that they are doing with the sound surge Rex and Giga where you can get the 2 together, I just feel like that this would be cool. Tim, if you see this at some point and you have some way of contacting Mattel, please give them the ideas I have in both part one and part 2 and sorry this is so long for everyone who reads this, I just need to get my thoughts out.

I can just see that still breaking. The primal attack and new rex are the best with the head and tails linked to move and choice for mouth/sound. I still think it's too floppy and once it lands on the floor once it will be broken by a child.

The Head sculpt is familiar to Mattel's Indomimus Rex. especially that messy teeth. Of course indominus was made by using giga's DNA but Giganotosaurs shouldn't have that messy teeth but its a kids toy so i guess its fine. It still looks fantastic anyway

Already seen the movie (amazing btw) and I gotta say the colors and teeth are all wrong, the biggest issue it's the size, in the movie the Giga TOWERS over the T-Rex!

I really hope someday Mattel makes a new one, because this one is definitely not worth the price...
