When people see any kind of green in the desert they are often shocked 😆 people thinks it's just bare sand and nothing but heat! I've been so amazed at how many plants, wildflowers, and trees grow here!

They'll love that juniper. It's good for worm load also.
Feed em some alphalpha pellets every so often. It's great for the goats and anything they don't get to will help improve your soil tremendously.

Your goats look like their happier already. The electric fence is a good idea as well. A friend of mine at work told me a story about an electric fence that was amusing. His dad, brother, uncle, cousin and himself were rabbit hunting on his uncles farm. They worked their way to the back side of the farm when they all decided to take a leak. All of a sudden this guys brother screams 😱 out in agony. His dad asked what happened? He says I don't know, but I had a horrible pain in my bladder area. He starts peeing again with the same results. He was peeing against a tree that had electric fence wire wrapped around it. Everyone razed him and said, don't scare us like that anymore.
