Ancient One may have more experience than Doctor Strange, but there's a limit of experience, and I think Doctor Strange has that in his arsenal. However, Scarlet Witch's magic is base on raw power.

Wanda has access to unlimited knowledge from the Darkhold, which makes her even stronger from her reality warping chaos magic. This amplifies her already powerful magic together with the piece of the mind stone inside of her. The Scarlet Witch is literally a nexus being capable of rewriting reality on a universal scale, access to multiple dimensions, manipulate probability to her favour, use telepathy, telekinesis, mind control, transmute matter including Thor’s lightning etc. Her chaos magic exceeds that of even the Sorcerer Supreme. It is prophesied that the Scarlet Witch is destined to rule or destroy the cosmos.

Current comic book Wanda also absorbed the Darkhold, making her in control of the Chaos Elder God Chthon and his abilities which grants her immense powers (aka God of Chaos Wanda).

Ancient One said Steven Strange was meant to be the best sorcerer of them all, and Wanda was too much for him.

I imagine the Ancient One winning because she would try to talk to Wanda instead of actual fighting her. Get in her mind, help her heal, and fight over lol.

The ancient one's death scene demonstrated that her death was planned because she had seen all of her future possibilities in order to minimize potential threats in the future, and all of her future always leads to her death.
She explained to Bruce that "he is meant to be the best of us" does not imply power. This refers to his ability to make decisions independently of internal or external influences. She saw his future as having "such capacity of goodness."
Ancient One must die to ensure timeline accuracy; she has yet to demonstrate her full capabilities.

I’ll give it to Scarlet Witch even tho I think the Ancient One could put up a decent fight since experience(even though not a guaranteed victory) can play a crucial part in winning a fight and the Ancient One has thousands of years of experience training in the mystic arts, taking power from the dark dimension, and also being the previous Sorcerers Supreme but Scarlet Witch is just too powerful to where experience is not doing anything to a character who is vastly more powerful than you. Doctor Strange has far surpassed the Ancient One and Doctor Strange was actively running away from Scarlet Witch in MOM so the clear victor is obvious.

Plus, we have to remember one thing about SW: she is a Nexus being. ‘Nuff said there, because it means she can tap into some major mystical mojo that any SS can’t (or has not, yet).

The ancient one saying Strange is meant to be the "best of us", doesnt mean he is meant to be the strongest. "The Best" can mean alot of things.

Peter didn't defeat Strange in the mirror dimension. He just outsmarted and found that all the mirror dimension was basically geometry. And if Wanda doesn't feel like prolonging the fight then.."no more ancient one"

Although the Ancient One has centuries of experience, the Scarlet Witch is stated to be more powerful than the Sorcerer Supreme, and she managed to easily defeat both Doctor Strange and Wong.

Ancient one could probably make it a little interesting with her tricks but wanda is just too powerful. No sorcerer stands a chance against her.

You missed the fact that The Ancient One doesnt care about killing an enemy. Strange and the rest of the Heroes do.
