Hey everyone! In this video I'm showing you What I Eat in a Week as a Vegan. I hope you'll enjoy it!

Ingredients for the tofu sauce
- 100 ml Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons Vegan sambal
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 5cm piece finely chopped Ginger
- 4 finely chopped Garlic cloves

Ingredients for the rice noodle salad dressing
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of agave nectar
- Small piece of grated ginger
- 1 clove of garlic, very finely chopped or pressed
- Optional: a sprinkle of chili flakes
