I just got one of these, hands down one the nicest sounding amps I have ever played, sounds better than my 56 champ in terms of clarity, plus it breaks up so stinking nice!

In 1999 i liberated two 80s vintage moviola amps from a facility going out of biz.... They kicked like a mule.

I’m converting one of these to be more guitar friendly. It doesn’t sound awful but just breaks up too soon. Changing it to more of a 5F1. Trying a 250 k resistor in parallel with the volume pot as well. Hoping to get more control. Like I said there is basically one tone :aggressive.
