Mine never lived more than 5-6 years, but I just fed them tetra min, and the water was not usually as clear as your aquarium. Beautiful fish you have, but it looks like she needs a few more gallons for swimming.

Hey awesome video I just have a question for you: due to the limited space and environment my family is not able to get a water filtration from my cute black moor but if we keep changing water and making sure it’s clean, can they still live a happy long life without a water filter??

How cool, Dea. I had no idea they keep losing teeth just like sharks. I did know they have extremely long lives compared to tropical fish or shrimp. Casey is just so cool.

i had that fish and it randomly stopped moving this day. its tail stopped moving and couldnt be turned. do you know what couldve caused this?

I have 3 black moor in my community tank along with others fishes of 19 numbers including Fan tail gold fish, shark, albino cat fish, widow fish and angel fish. Last week one among these 3 black moor lost both of its eyes and I was helpless finding him like that. I don't know the reason how he lost it's eyes. Night before I went to bed he was fine but the next morning he is blind. This happened a week before and just this morning I saw those hollow eye ball holes which were white in color turned to black and it seems like getting a new pair of eyes. He is going after the food pellets for sure. I'm praying God that he should gain back it's eyes. If somebody know about this let me know.
