Need a video for bad weather, i live in a area where - I am not joking when I say this - it rains sideways, yep.... so rain and wind means no umbrella and there are no cute puddles the entire road is one big puddle until the rain ends.

How do you style for heavy rain?? I cannot look good when I leave my house until my outside wear is off... please any tips would be so appreciated <3
