1 - learn to drill a clean hole
2- orient your anchors properly, in this case vertically (some of the other anchors are also installed incorrectly)
3- read and follow the manufacturer's instructions for the anchors- if you had, you wouldn't have installed this improperly.
4- Stop using an impact driver as a drill, and more importantly don't use it to set screws in an anchor like this. Too much torque damages the wall an weakens the anchor.

If you don't know what you're doing, you probably shouldn't be posting videos about it..

Those work a little better when you have double drywall or drywall.

Might screws are just sliding in and out not catching anything. Going through a 2x6 before the dry wall. The back end flipped and catches. But the screw won’t catch the back. Maybe it’s not long enough?

flip toggles are garbage stick to togglers with the double zip if you want something that doesn't consistently break when you are trying to use it and loses you a good amount of money in the process
