It might look weird but the mechanism has to assert forces on the seat to mimic the forces that would be acting on the car so it doesn't always look the same on screen as what the contraption is doing.

Hi there - would you say that the hardened foam is strong enough to support someone's weight? With my rig I currently have a chair held in a formula-style position because it leans the bottom part on a piece of wood and the back piece leans against a bar of wood at the top of the chair. Do you think it is strong enough for something like this?
