The only thing that bothers me are people getting his rank wrong, it's a big thing to me. I'm ex-military 79-82. And calling him Sergeant, or even Sergeant major is demeaning, he was Command Sergeant Major. Give the man his due respect. Your Sergeant might be in charge of a squad, or platoon. Your Sergeant Major would be in charge of your company. And your Command Sergeant Major is the highest-ranking NCO and in charge of the Battalion.
Am I being pissy? Yes, but every memeber of the service past or present deserves his due respect. Command Sergeant Major Walz, Coach Walz, Governor Walz, you have my respect sir.
