CHEESY POTATO BAKE - Todd's Kitchen

This is a fabulous dish to make as a side for pretty much any meal. It is also very easy to make.

Ingredient:
60g butter
1/4 cup flour
2 1/3 cups milk
2 cups tasty cheddar cheese
1kg potatoes
2 brown onions
200g diced bacon
Extra parmesan cheese to cover.

Ooh! Sounds simply delish! I usually have pasta bake with those shell looking bits of pasta with chicken and bacon and a nice cheese sauce with grated cheese on top! Love it!
