Sir I purchased a house in Lahore in 2003 and got it registered .I'd card no of seller and identifier is mentioned in the registered sale deed .but my Id card no is not mentioned in the registered sale deed because at that time there was not any mandatory condition of buyer Id card the deed writer ignored to write Id card no of buyer and nor demanded by sub registrar .the sale deed was passed and registered .can it cause any issue or problem for me? And now how can I write cnic no in my original registry after 18 years while one copy of registry is lying in the old record of sub registrar.Is it compulsory or not? .Please guide and help me.
