THE QUARANTINE DIARIES WEEK 4 // International Flight Attendant Vlog 14 2020

Hi guys :)
Welcome to week 4 of my quarantine diaries! Wow, it's been a whole month since I have started to basically stay home. I went for a few walks in Salzburg in the past few days, I received my new yoga mat, I cooked a lot (maybe I should become a cook in my next life haha) and I did my first livestream here on YouTube. This was quite a week! Obviously it's sort of hard to be a flight attendant in these times, but I feel like I am definitely coping well with the situation. I hope all of you are doing well too. Thanks for demonstrating such a healthy lifestyle during these times. It is healthy both physically and mentally.🤗. Have you considered getting a small cart you could take to the store to bring your groceries back home in? I saw a way of not wasting food the other day and I thought of you. When you peel potatoes save the peelings. On a cookie sheet covered with aluminum foil, lightly oil the strips, sprinkle salt, pepper and herbs over them. Bake at 400F for 10-15 minutes. They come out like thin crispy potato chips! Hope you'll try them sometime for something new. I love watching you walk around Salzburg. You are so lucky to live in such a beautiful place. Glad your postal service is working there- I work for the postal service in Australia- now working from home, but it's HECTIC! Online shopping has certainly gone off since self isolation, and we are also delivering basics packages of food for the main supermarkets, and prioritising pharmacy deliveries as well. I'm so glad we've just had a 4 day Easter weekend, I was exhausted! Glad to still be working though :).Sorry I missed your livestream but would DIE if an ex suddenly showed up like that!!

I enjoyed your livestream. You did very well keeping the flow. There were a lot of repeat questions, you handled your admirer very well too. Your yoga mat is very pretty. I prefer pilates for spiritual reasons, but I really want to get back into exercising. You're very inspiring.

My daughter is an emergency room nurse and they now have to wear the N95 mask and a plastic shield over the mask for twelve hours or possibly longer if they have to stay later. It is very warm and also it is difficult to communicate. Thanks for the beautiful scenery once again it makes me feel like I have taken a little trip :) It looks like you got most of the things you wanted at the grocery store. We have limits on certain things eggs, milk, and rice as well as paper towels and toilet paper. I'm trying not to go to the store and have used delivery services a few times. Be Safe and stay well.

Wow, Salzburg looks so beautiful!! You are so Blessed, to live in such a lovely place. Whenever I think of Austria, the song "Edelweiß" (from "The Sound of Music") always comes to mind. Lol!! Corny, right? :) But thank you so much for all of the lovely footage of your city.

I hear that Austria and Germany are going to relax lockdown. We can’t do it in Australia just yet but I hope it will be soon.

Happy Easter Verena. The way things are these days it doesn’t look weird at all to see people wearing a mask. I consider it normal now. My mother is German ( as well as myself since I was born there), she used tell us we were having German pancakes which is similar to the recipe you were describing. Haven’t had them in a long time. Craving them now.😋 Stay safe and I look forward to your next video.✌️

I have watched your lifestream. It was really great to see how you have answered all those questions with just that patience. The only thing I could not agree with was your statement about Corvid 19 being handled in Austria compared to Germany. If you take a look at the numbers and set them in relation to the numbers of inhabitants in the countries you will see that the infection rate per 1 million people is higher in Austria than in Germany. Best greetings from a 'Piefke' who wishes you all the best, that you stay safe and sound, and that you hopefully be in the air pretty soon and show as videos of your amazing layovers in every part of the world.

You have good taste in yogurt - ever been to Iceland? The Blue Lagoon? I think you would find interesting a New York vlogger I watch from time to time, Here Be Barr. His most recent video about 10 things he's learned by staying home for a month (in his tiny Manhattan apartment that he now shares with his wife) is really interesting, a good introspection that you will likely agree with in many ways. Finally, I can't tell you how refreshing and uplifting it is to hear you talk. I think there is something very positive you get from cooking/baking the way you do, especially from scratch. Your salmon, spinach and rice dinner - that's one of mine - I'm gonna try some of your dishes. An Austrian girl, but a Californian at heart - Salzburg has some California hipness that I hope comes out in your future videos (might not come across as much with the quiet streets though). But the cool factor is definitely there and I'm rooting for you to capture it.

Wow!! You had such a productive week! I need to be more like you. I have been lazy since the shelter-in-place has started. I can't even mention in public what time I wake up each day, because it is so embarrassing! I'm glad that you included footage of Salzburg. I miss Europe a lot, and I can't wait to one day return there. In the meantime, I am trying to remain positive, and appreciate the quiet that has descended upon LA. I also have to admit how amazing it is not to have wall to wall traffic on the streets and freeways. It's been rainy, but the air is fresh and clean. For Los Angeles, that's a big deal. Anyway, continue to stay safe, and I appreciate you, and your channel!

Wash your glasses with shaving cream and they will not fog up protect your eyes and wear glasses. Just a suggestion lol
