If I want to add hardcovers to existing paperbacks alreading submitted on kdp, should I do it manually on kdp website or go ahead with the file?

Mine worked for two batches of 50. Now, it just hangs on the first five. Is there a limit to how many I can upload or something?

Why my uplaod takes forever on the app to get uplaoded, it shows me on amazon:

And I've been forever on the uplaod process!
