PVI Community Event: Nervous System Self Care with Kristen Toth
Показать описание
During this session, Kristen will invite and guide us in a practice of gentle somatic tools and embodied awareness that supports nervous system regulation and resilience from the body up—not to bypass what’s difficult, but to support ourselves in being more present and connected so we can feel capable of handling whatever life is asking us to hold. You’ll be encouraged to follow your body’s own wisdom about what feels right, and supported in approaching this type of self-care with radical respect for your own nervous system, exactly as it is.
