He's in the right in most of these cases but that in itself is part of his problem. He seems to really relish any opportunity to discredit his critics in public. He's more passionate in these exchanges than he is about helping his constituents. Even though he was cleared in the gw bridge scandal, he cared more about discrediting accusers and hardly mentioned his concern for motorists
