16mm is definitely a good starting point, but after its ceiling the 14mm is a good next step - six zero definitely still the ones to be for a hybrid shape paddle.

I left the DBD14mm for the BD. For me it was a night/day difference and one that I was looking for. I’m anxiously looking forward to the BD14mm. IMHO, going from the BD to the DBD 14mm is a step backwards. Not saying it’s a bad thing, it’s just the natural progression of an advanced paddle.

I'm suprised that the 14mm BD has less pop then the 16mm. Normally 14mm has more pop. How did you measure the pop?

I found the Ruby 16 head heavy. My BD infinity is weighted more to my liking. How did you find the Ruby 14?

Still has not sell out . Will just stick to my 16mm ruby and order the Apollo with better swing weight n twist weight and almost half the price at $110
