Hi Nikki, the tip that stands out for me, which I have implemented, is how to display foods to encourage consumption, using white or clear bowls. Yesterday, I took some apples out of the produce drawer/bin, and put them is a clear glass bowl. Today, I am getting ready to use them in my juicer! Those apples have been in that drawer for a minute. Thank you Nikki. This video is helpful and inspirational, and produces immediate results!

First off i had no idea that i needed to watch a video on cleaning my fridge. Now my husband would say i should have watched this video 5 years ago. But what you had to say really made sense. I never though about the food being more appealing in a container, and yes i could really see how it would help with organizing. My husband gets so mad frustrated when it is just piled in there like a house of cards. Thank you. Hi Nikki. I try to clean out at least once a week the night before garbage collection. Leftovers can pile up so quickly and be forgotten if I don't. LOL! Plus I hate a cluttered fridge. I don't see the heads-up emails for your lives anymore! I would love to get them Friday morning and then right before you go live so I can pull up a screen while I'm working. I usually end up grabbing one of two items you are showcasing. Please start again if possible! Thank you!
