Newly suscribed to your channel. I also like steamy scenes but in a romance book there has to be more than those scenes. I never heard of Lindsey Kerk before thanks for the author recommendation :)

I've read the Lindsey Kelk and Mhairi MacFarlane one and enjoyed them both! While If I Never Met You is a bit slow, I actually loved it so much I finished it in one day! 😅 If you're looking for own voice romance I really enjoyed The Wedding Date by Jasmine Guillory. There's others in the series as well (following different characters that are all connected) which I enjoyed too, they were solid romance reads but i liked The Wedding Date the most.
I have Beach Read on my list to read and also The Hating Game. I've read good things about The Bromance Bookclub as well!

I don't know if you've read it already but I really enjoyed Get A Life Chloe Brown recently- I have chronic pain and I thought the rep was really well done, added with how both characters looked out for each other and worked on their issues.

From your explanation I don't think In Case You Missed It is for me .... I don't think I'd be able to put up with the main character.
