Is it okay to play smite 2 alpha as a complete newbie ? I played lol for 10 years but I am very tired of it and smite 2 looks very cool so I am thinking about buying the supporter edition, but I don't want to be insulted and flamed by toxic players brausen I am new to the game. Is the community toxic or is it newcomer welcoming / friendly? Would be nice if someone could give me advice on that.

Hot take but I hope in assault instead of everyone having beads people will have med for 12 levels and then their ward shard turns into beads at 12. In assault when you have a hard CC god like ares or daji your team will wait for you to engage with ultimate. If you have teammates who only wait for ult engages and the entire enemy team has beads your in for a long painful loss.

Smite 2 is horrible only skins that are cross play are those that are new so you need to buy them now. Horrible. Even more horrible is that this game has a little community and it will divide the community in 2 because smite 1 will continue to exist. Not only that, but this game will have only 30 Gods or so... when we have like 130 in smite 1. It is a cash grab and made for you to buy everything all over again and for them to get pubilicity again because of the tittle.

They should just change smite 1 name for smite 2 and improve in everything. Horrible
